Director of Operations

Robert holds both an MBA and JD from Columbia University. Robert grew up in Los Angels, absorbing all there is to know about real estate from his father, Fred Leeds.

Robert’s broad knowledge base allows him to coordinate across multiple departments to ensure operations run smoothly at the firm.

Robert completed eight figures worth of transactions in 2025. He directs underwriting, investor communications, and debt placement for transactions.

Director of Leasing

Casey handled leasing and commercial operations for Fred Leeds Properties’ 2.5 million square foot retail portfolio across Los Angeles and Arizona.

In 2025, Casey executed 39 leases totaling 275,000 square feet, working with a range of national retailers.

He handles lease negotiations, renewals, tenant relations, and plays a key role in supervising construction projects, tenant legal matters, and managing environmental matters throughout the portfolio.

Casey holds a political science degree from Colorado College.

Chief Marketing Officer

Jose is the CMO, at The Rockwell Group, bringing over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. He supports the firm’s brokerage efforts through strategic marketing initiatives, overseeing outreach campaigns and managing content across social media platforms to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence.

He also designs and produces offering memorandums that effectively present investment opportunities, translating complex property data into clear, compelling materials for clients and investors.

Jose earned his degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where he developed a strong foundation in communication and business strategy.

Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, Formula 1, and golf, and has a keen interest in architecture and design, with an emphasis on clean lines and modern aesthetics.
